The Board of Directors of FirstSun Capital Bancorp (the "Company") has adopted a set of standards to align the corporate governance and ethical responsibilities of the Company's employees, officers and directors. These standards serve as a foundation to support the duties and responsibilities of the Board of Directors with governance infrastructure to promote corporate accountability, and to align the principles by which the Board of Directors and Company leadership manage the affairs of the Company in order to maximize long-term return on investment in the Company for its stockholders. These guidelines and supporting policies are subject to modification from time to time as the Board of Directors deems appropriate in the best interests of the Company or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
